As Convenor of the Western Learning and China Research Group in our institute, I organized the workshop “Critical Terms for Critical Ideas in Manchu” at our institute. Conceived as a small but significant platform, it brought together domestic scholars from diverse disciplines working on Manchu-related topics. By fostering dialogue and interdisciplinary exchange, the workshop helped consolidate a Taiwan-based community of Manchu studies and laid important groundwork for future collaborative research.
