Although first delivered as the keynote lecture for the international conference “Imitation or Appropriation? Intermediality in Qing Imperial Art and Culture” (SOAS, University of London, May 13–15, 2021), the lecture was invited again at Seoul National University on January 11, 2024. This re-invitation highlights the lasting impact and scholarly relevance of the research, which continues to foster dialogue among leading institutions in East Asian art history.
